In-home economics we made ginger gems I say we worked well most of the time. We had some ups and downs as we used a whisk to cream butter and got 150g of butter instead of 100g the table without left egg without a bowl but we made the gems perfectly and cooked pretty good as well.
Jayden, the Ginger Gems look great. Next time please include a copy of the recipe and how your outcome tasted, its texture, the colour, smell etc
